LIBRARY ST AT TRINITY TOWNHOUSE
Located right around the corner of Trinity Townhouse you will find Library St, a contemporary wine bar and restaurant. The name Library St is a nod to the name that was originally intended for the 18th Century Street leading as it did towards the university’s now world-famous library.
Library St is a very Irish affair with a high degree of focus on impeccably sourced seasonal food from all over Ireland.
The sharing menu encourages an inclusive dining experience, encouraging guests to try more than one dish. Interesting wines are served by the glass and bottle, supporting sustainable producers and smaller growers where possible.
With ambitious standards Head Chef, Kevin Burke, has created a menu ranging from Freshly Baked Baguettes to Crispy Chicken Wings with Morel and Tarragon Mayo, a Chargrilled Tranche of Turbot with Brown Butter Béarnaise & Sorrel, and a Roast Saddle of Lamb.
Library St also have a Private Dining Room that can seat up to 10 people.
